How long has Pravada Private Label been in business?

Pravada has been in business since 2009.

How do I get started with my own private label skin care or private label hair care line?

Who are your private label clients?

Our private label skin care and cosmetics clients are vast and varied from spas to online retailers. We cannot reveal any client names, as they are private and confidential.

 What are your response times?

While we typically try to answer our clients’ questions the same day, please allow 24-48 hours. If your request is urgent, please call either of our sales offices. Please note our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Can I come visit your private label skin care manufacturing facility?

As our clients are private and confidential we require an appointment to visit our showroom. We do not allow tours of our manufacturing facility due to confidentiality reasons.

Are your facilities GMP and FDA certified?


 Can you help me with Health Canada and FDA registration?

Yes. We charge $50.00 per product for this service.


How can I order samples?

What are the sample sizes for private label skin care products?

Samples vary from ½ oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz depending on the product chosen.

When can I expect my private label skin care sample order?

Please allow 3-4 business days for the sample department to complete your order. Upon shipping, you will be emailed a copy of your paid invoice along with the tracking number.

What are your order minimums? How many units can your facility accommodate?

Our facilities can accommodate orders as small as, 12 units per product. We do not have any restrictions on maximum order sizes however; lead times may vary depending on quantity. There is no minimum for bulk purchases.

How much does Private Label cost?

There are no preset dollar minimums. The cost depends on the product, packaging, quantity, and size that you choose for your brand. Please contact (insert link to info@pravada.ca) one of our sales representatives for our pricing catalogue offered in Canadian or US Dollars.

Do you have quantity discounts?

Yes! Please contact  one of our sales representatives and they would be happy to provide you with our pricing catalogues for both bulk and retail sizes.

How do I know which products or packaging to choose?

Please contact a sales representative for our most recent packaging and product catalogues; they then would be happy to assist you in your decision making.

What is the difference between bulk and retail orders?

Bulk products are purchased in 32oz, 1 gallon or 5-gallon generic plastic containers. They are generally used for back bar or filling your own orders. Retail size orders are custom packaged and labeled per your requirements.

What are your most popular private label skin care products?

As we have over 100 products to choose from, this answer depends on the category. We have best sellers in our anti-aging, men’s, body, etc.

How should I market my private label products?

Private label markets and selling platforms are varied and all have different business strategies and models. Because of this, we do not provide marketing assistance.

How to pay?

We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX (US ONLY) for payment. We also accept PayPal – but there is a 5% charge for this service. Wire transfers and e transfers are also accepted.

What are your lead times for private label products?

Our typical lead times are 2-5 weeks upon order approval and receipt of deposit. This may vary depending on the time of year, product and packaging availability. If we can fulfill an order sooner we will.

Can you rush an order?

Rush orders depend on time, product and packaging availability. There is a $200.00 rush fee for this service.

Can you cancel an order?

Orders may not be canceled after order approval.

Can I order a prototype?

A complete prototype including your label is available for $50.00 each.

If you don’t carry the packaging I want will you source it?

If our packaging options do not meet your requirements, you are more than welcome to supply us with the packaging of your choice. Please request a Pravada Shipping and Receiving document from your sales representative.


Are your products vegan and/or gluten-free?

Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free but, please check our full ingredients list to see if the product you are interested in qualifies.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, Pravada is proud to be cruelty-free.

Can you add or remove an ingredient from your stock products?

While we cannot remove an ingredient from stock products we may however; we may be able to add an ingredient post production. Please contact (insert link to info@pravada.ca) a sales representative for details.

Do you do custom blends?

Yes. Starting prices are $675.00 and costs may go up depending on ingredients and testing requirements. For every order you place, there will be an 8-12 week lead time and a 25-gallon minimum purchase.

 If you don’t carry the fragrance/essential oil I want will you source it?

No, we will not source this for you but you can supply it to us. Please request a Pravada Shipping and Receiving document from your sales representative.

Do you provide COAs and MSDS sheets?

We can provide both COA and MSDS sheets for your products. However, this must be requested at the time of order placement. If you wish to have these documents customized with your company name and logo there would be a $25.00 service charge for MSDS sheets per product and a $25.00 service fee for COAs per product. Custom COAs are free of charge if your order is over 5 gallons per product.


Can you help me with Logo and Label Design?

We certainly can. We have several Graphic Designers on staff. We charge $300.00 for logo design and $350.00 for label design. This is a one-time charge for all of your products for now and in the future – unless you decide to modify your designs. Alternatively you can supply us with your own designs. Label templates will be provided once your order has been approved.

Do you offer silk screening?

Yes, there is a minimum of 1000 pieces per product per packaging.

What types of in house labels are available?

We provide 100% polyester water resistant labels on a 4 color printing process. If you have specialty label design, such as metallic ink, clear or foil, etc. we can provide you with a quote from an outside printer.

Do you provide individual product boxes?

As we are not box printers, we work with several suppliers and can provide you with a quote.

Do you do 3D rendering and/or professional photography?

We do professionally Photoshopped images that are $40.00 per photo. We do not, however, offer digital rendering services.
