At Pravada, we not only have a team of talented graphic designers to help you create your label designs, but we also boast a “state of the art” printer right here in our facility. Finding label suppliers can be daunting, expensive and very time consuming, especially when you are starting out with your own Skin Care or Hair Care line. You need to spend time obtaining quotes, consider lead times, shipping costs and sometimes you may be required to purchase a custom die cut template.
Quality Custom Cosmetic Labels
Pravada’s in-house labels are printed using a Latex Wide Format printer and are included in the cost of your retail order. This printer has the capability to produce prints with clear details and high-contrast color with high-definition printheads. All labels are printed on 3 mil brilliant white waterproof vinyl. We then laminate using 2.5 mil PVC-Free gloss laminate that is waterproof, scratch resistant, and optically clear. We also offer matte laminate for a small tooling charge for regearing the laminator. The matte laminate has the same qualities as our gloss laminate but does contain PVC. After the labels are printed and laminated, we trim them down to size using our professional vinyl cutter which provides accurate, clean, and consistent cut-outs for each label.
